Leading a team with different setups

Working in a team is not needed in all positions, but a very common way for many jobs at many companies. We have discussed in former articles how to start teamwork and how to build teams generally.

Remember the team clock with it´s four steps (1) Forming (2) Storming (3) Norming and (4) Performing.

Coming a bit closer to the various targets and tasks of teams, we can, we must understand some differences of their needs to be supported and accompanied by their leader.
